Shropshire Gas announces new contract win

Shropshire Gas has confirmed it has won a competitive tender to provide planned maintenance improvement works to National Housing Trust Properties managed by National Trust Attingham Park Shrewsbury. The contract, which sees Shropshire Gas becoming the National Trust sole partner for these works, recognises the quality and reliability of the company’s gas, oil and multi fuel heating services.

The contract will see Shropshire Gas deliver a variety of works to Shropshire rural housing around Shrewsbury, including: heating system surveys, replacement boilers, planned maintenance, chimney inspections, repairs and sweeping.

Thomas Murray Shropshire Gas said: "We are committed to providing high quality heating services for National Trust tenants. Our program with the National Trust will help us to achieve these aims. As part of this contract the National Trust will be one of the first customers to benefit from the new Shropshire Gas+ scheme, which offers tenants an improved service thanks to our new systems and access to around the clock support. Thomas Murray added “We have successfully been awarded this contract based on our reputation as a high quality heating services provider and the merit of our previous work on National Trust properties. We have committed to working sustainably and developed a strong relationship and we look forward to progressing this into the future.
