Shropshire Gas Heating Company Joins Vaillant on the Energy Company Obligations scheme (ECO)

According to the Energy Saving Trust a new boiler typically costs £2,300, so the Energy Company Obligations scheme is a fabulous free boiler offer for homeowners, landlords and tenants in private rented accommodation.

If you live in Shrewsbury, Telford, Newport, Market Drayton, in fact anywhere in North Shropshire or Mid Wales such as Newtown or Welshpool and your boiler is inefficient, or just broken, you could qualify for a brand new boiler fitted free by Shropshire Gas.

Company Director, Jim Walton of Shropshire Gas Telford says, “Energy Saving Trust figures say boilers account for about 60% household energy bills, so a free energy efficient Vaillant gas boiler could save you up to £300 a year and boost the value of your home”. Adding “You are likely to qualify if you get tax credits or income-based benefits, such as pension credit or income support, and you’ve either a household income of less than £15,860, children, a disabled person in the household, or you are over 60. So if you think you might qualify telephone Shropshire Gas Telford for a free boiler survey on 01952 252516”.
