IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE
Keeping our team and customers safe is our top priority and we’re following all of the relevant advice from the government and Public Health England. During these challenging times, we’ll do our best to help keep your heating and hot water system operating safely and efficiently - also continuing our programme of annual service visits.
Protecting Us All
We are taking all of the necessary precautions, but also need you to help us all stay safe. We ask that you practice social distancing when our engineers visit your home and please comply with any requests that they may have.
When booking for an engineer to visit, if you or a member of your household are presenting symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, or you are already self-isolating, please inform us as it is vital that we keep everyone safe.
None of us know how this global pandemic will play out and whilst we’ll take all of the steps to stay safe, some of our team may need to self-isolate in the coming weeks. As such, we won’t necessarily have the full resources available. If this is the case, we will prioritise vulnerable customers and do everything we can to help our other customers with our available resources.
